MediFuture Lab was founded in 2026 as a youth-centered medical exploration and education initiative.
About MediFuture Lab
A student-led lab connecting medicine, AI, and youth education
MediFuture Lab helps high school students explore medical careers, discover meaningful service opportunities, and publish accessible health science content for their communities.
Vivian Wen created MediFuture Lab to make medical learning, volunteering, and research curiosity more accessible to students.
The lab combines health education, AI medicine awareness, community volunteering, and student leadership.
Founder Story
Built by Vivian Wen to help students start earlier and act with purpose
MediFuture Lab began with a simple idea: many high school students are interested in medicine, but they often do not know where to start. The platform gives students a practical way to learn about medical pathways, join community service, interview professionals, and turn curiosity into visible impact.
Instead of treating medicine as only a future career goal, MediFuture Lab encourages students to begin now through writing, volunteering, research reading, public health projects, and thoughtful conversations with people already working in healthcare.
